Image quality
The bigger the print, the more resolution you need. Send the original photo straight from the camera or phone, not a version sent through WhatsApp or downloaded from social media – those are compressed. The team will tell you if an image is too small for the size you choose. See image resolution and DPI.
Choosing a format
Canvas has a soft texture and a gallery feel with no glass needed. Photo paper shows the most detail and suits framing. Foam board mounting gives a clean, frameless look for offices and events.
Timing
Canvas stretching takes time, so allow Standard or Economy. Paper photo prints have more turnaround choices. If it is a gift, tell the team your date when you order.
