Payment methods
You can pay online by card through Yoco at checkout, or by EFT. Card payments reflect immediately. EFT payments must reflect in our account before production starts, so allow for bank clearing times – particularly if you are aiming for Express or Same-day. Use your order number as the payment reference.
Full payment and deposits
- Orders under R5,000: paid in full before production starts.
- Orders of R5,000 or more: a 65% deposit is needed before production, with the balance settled as agreed with the team.
Lead times count from when payment (or the deposit) and approved artwork are both in.
How artwork is checked
Uploaded files are checked for technical issues such as missing bleed, low-resolution images, wrong size or missing fonts. If something needs attention, the team contacts you before printing. Checks are technical – spelling, names, numbers and content are your responsibility, so proofread carefully. Our artwork guidelines list what we look for.
Proofs
For design work, personalised items and custom jobs, you may receive a proof to approve. Check it carefully: names, dates, phone numbers, prices, spelling and layout. Once you approve a proof, it is printed as shown. Approving quickly keeps your order on schedule; each round of changes can move the start date.
For variable data jobs, check a sample that includes your longest name or line.
If something goes wrong

Placing your order for your printing: everything is done online – choose the specification, pick Economy, Standard, Express or Same-day where offered, upload your file and pay. We accept card payments through Yoco and EFT; anything under R5,000 is paid upfront, and R5,000 or more needs a 65% deposit. We message you when the job is done so you can collect from Rivonia Central in Oriental City, or we arrange delivery to your door at a quoted price.
