Typical correx signs
- Estate agent show-house and for-sale boards.
- Directional signs for events, weddings and fun runs.
- Building site and contractor boards.
- School and church notices on fences.
- Temporary shop signage and promotional boards on poles.
Fixing and mounting
Correx can be cable-tied to fences and poles through drilled holes, mounted on stakes pushed into the ground, or fixed to walls. If you need a stake or holes, mention it when ordering. Because correx has flutes running in one direction, stakes slide into the flutes – tell us whether the sign is portrait or landscape so the flutes run the right way.
Designing for the road
Most correx signs are read from a moving car. Use one short message, very large lettering, high contrast (dark on light or light on dark) and an arrow if it is directional. A phone number should be big enough to read at a distance. Avoid thin fonts and busy backgrounds.
Every product page lets you pick a lead time. Economy takes about five working days and costs 10% less. Standard takes about three working days and is the price you see listed. Express is ready the next working day for 20% more, and Same-day costs 30% more for eligible items that are ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday.
Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.
Price and timing
Correx boards are priced online by size for standard formats; custom sizes and quantities are quoted. For signs needed for a weekend event, order early in the week. Browse signage boards, or compare with PVC banners for bigger displays.
Ordering correx board printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
