Raffle tickets

Raffle tickets usually have a stub with space for the buyer's name and phone number, and a matching number on the ticket they keep. Books of raffle tickets can be quoted. Check any rules that apply to your raffle before printing the wording.

Designing tickets

Include the event name, date, time, venue, price and ticket type. Leave room on the stub for numbering and any handwritten details. Keep the design simple at small sizes – tickets are often DL or smaller. Add simple security features, such as a background pattern or a signature space, if forgery is a concern.

Choose the lead time that suits your date: Economy (around 5 working days, 10% off), Standard (around 3 working days, listed price), Express (next working day, +20%) or Same-day (eligible items in by 09:00 Mon–Fri, +30%). The clock starts once payment and approved artwork are both in.

Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.

Price and timing

Numbered and perforated tickets need extra finishing, so they are priced online for standard formats and quoted otherwise. Order well before ticket sales start. Browse event printing.

Ordering event ticket printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
