Timing
Calendars are popular from October onwards for year-end gifting. Order in October or early November, choose Economy (about 5 working days, 10% less) and you avoid the rush. Calendars need binding, so Same-day does not suit them.

Calendars as a marketing tool
A calendar is one of the few printed items people deliberately keep for a full year. To make it work for you, keep your contact details visible on every page, choose images that suit your clients rather than only your products, and mark dates that matter to them, such as tax deadlines for accounting clients or school terms for parents. Hand them out in person in November or early December, before clients buy their own.
Order a few extra for new clients you meet in January.
Ordering calendars: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
