Choose size (A4, A3, large format), colour or black and white, single or double-sided, binding and turnaround. Document printing qualifies for Same-day when ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday.
Why outsource office print
Large runs tie up office printers and staff for hours, and toner and maintenance costs add up. Binding, large format and heavy paper need equipment most offices do not have. Sending a PDF and collecting a finished, bound set is often quicker overall.
Tips
Export to PDF to lock the layout. Number your pages. For tenders, check the binding rules. For mixed colour and black and white documents, request a quote so colour pages are charged as colour only.
Every product page lets you pick a lead time. Economy takes about five working days and costs 10% less. Standard takes about three working days and is the price you see listed. Express is ready the next working day for 20% more, and Same-day costs 30% more for eligible items that are ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday.
Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.

If documents contain personal or confidential information, mention it when you order.
Ordering office printing: choose your options and quantity in the shop, upload a print-ready PDF and pay by card through Yoco or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit. Production starts once payment and approved artwork are both in. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central (opposite NewsCafe Rivonia), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or ask for delivery to be arranged and quoted.
