1. Choose the product and options
Go to the shop and open the product you need. Select the size, paper or material, single or double-sided, finish and quantity. The price updates with every change, so you can compare options before committing.
If what you need is not a standard product – an odd size, a special material or a mixed order – use Get a Quote instead.
2. Pick a lead time
Every product page lets you pick a lead time. Economy takes about five working days and costs 10% less. Standard takes about three working days and is the price you see listed. Express is ready the next working day for 20% more, and Same-day costs 30% more for eligible items that are ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00 on a weekday.
Times are counted from when we have both payment and approved artwork. Same-day is priced high on purpose. If you can give us a few days, Economy or Standard saves you money.
3. Upload your artwork
Upload a print-ready PDF at checkout. Our artwork guidelines cover sizes, bleed, colour and resolution. If your file has a problem, the team will contact you before printing – but fixing it can delay the start of production.

4. Pay and confirm
Pay online by card through Yoco, or by EFT. Orders under R5,000 are paid in full before production starts; orders of R5,000 or more need a 65% deposit.
Once payment reflects and the artwork is approved, the job goes into production.
5. Collect or receive
Choose collection from our Rivonia shop, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or have delivery arranged and quoted to your address. We let you know when the order is ready. See delivery and collection.
