The four tiers
- Economy – about 5 working days, 10% less than the listed price.
- Standard – about 3 working days at the listed price.
- Express – next working day, 20% on top of the listed price.
- Same-day – for eligible items ordered, paid and print-ready by 09:00, Monday to Friday, at 30% extra.
The listed price is the Standard price. Economy and Standard suit most planned jobs; Express and Same-day are for genuine deadlines.
When the clock starts
Turnaround counts from when we have both payment and approved, print-ready artwork. If you pay at 4 PM on Monday but upload artwork on Tuesday, Tuesday is day zero. If your artwork needs fixing, the clock starts once the fixed file is approved. That is why checking files against our artwork guidelines matters.
How Express (next working day) works
Express means the job is ready the next working day after payment and approved artwork. An Express order completed on Tuesday is ready on Wednesday; one completed on Friday is ready on Monday (or the next working day after a public holiday). It costs 20% more than Standard because it is scheduled ahead of other work.
How Same-day works
Same-day is for eligible items – most paper printing, banners and T-shirts. The order must be placed, paid and print-ready by 09:00, Monday to Friday. Miss any part of that and it moves to the next production slot. Same-day is priced at 30% extra on purpose; it disrupts the day's schedule, and we would rather you plan ahead.
Production, collection and delivery
Turnaround is production time. Collection from Rivonia is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Delivery adds courier time on top, so for out-of-town addresses add a day or more. Weekends and public holidays are not working days. Full details are on turnaround and cut-offs.
Placing your order for your printing: everything is done online – choose the specification, pick Economy, Standard, Express or Same-day where offered, upload your file and pay. We accept card payments through Yoco and EFT; anything under R5,000 is paid upfront, and R5,000 or more needs a 65% deposit. We message you when the job is done so you can collect from Rivonia Central in Oriental City, or we arrange delivery to your door at a quoted price.
